Mr. Xu Ruixin, the primary vice minister of Civil Affairs of China, is the director-general of CBCF. Mr. Xu Guangwei, a well-known tumor expert and honored director-general of the Chinese Cancer Prevention Association, is the vice director-general of CBCF. The well-known TV personality, Ms. Yang LAN, is the CBCF spokesperson.
